About us
This website is run by PaymentFlow Limited, a company registered in Scotland (company number SC858003); its registered office is shown at the foot of this page. Contact us at info@paymentflow.co.uk or 0141 379 2222.
Using this website
By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the website. We may change these terms by updating this page.
You must not misuse the website, for example by trying to get unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, or sending false quote requests.
Information on this website
The information here is general and is not an offer. We don't publish prices: every quote is personal and is sent to you by email. A quote is not a contract; any service is provided under the agreements you sign when you go ahead. Screens and figures shown on this website are examples.
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be complete, up to date or free from interruption.
Card payments
PaymentFlow provides card machines, software and support. Card payments are processed by our FCA-authorised payments partner, and your takings are paid out to your business bank account. PaymentFlow does not hold your money.
Intellectual property
The PaymentFlow name, logo and the content of this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Photographs are used under their licences. You may view and print pages for your own use, but not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission.
Links to other websites
Where we link to other websites, we're not responsible for their content or how they use your information.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business or data.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland can deal with any dispute. See also our privacy notice and cookie notice.
