PaymentFlow Limited is registered in Scotland and based in Glasgow. We help businesses across the UK take card payments: we supply the card machines, set up the card machine app and the business portal, and stay on the end of the phone once you're trading.
How it works with PaymentFlow
Every PaymentFlow business takes payments on the SUNMI P3, one handheld card machine with a built-in printer that works at the counter, at the table and on the go. Card payments are processed by our FCA-authorised payments partner, your takings are paid out to your business bank account, and PaymentFlow never holds your money.
We don't publish a price list. Every business takes payments differently, so we look at how you trade and send you a personal quote by email.

By contactless, chip and PIN, Apple Pay or Google Pay on your PaymentFlow card machine.
The payment is processed
By our FCA-authorised payments partner. You see it in the business portal straight away.
Your takings are paid out
To your business bank account. PaymentFlow never holds your money.
